I live 30 miles west of downtown St Louis and knew nothing about the origins. THIS IS A GREAT READ!!! Well written and great research. This should be a required read for every high school senior residing in St Louis to better understand the determination, effort and vision of the founders of their city. If only St Louis could go back to these days of glory!

If you love books about how to be an even better leader, and you appreciate authors who go deep to be clear, and also stay relevant and concise, then you'll love this book as much as I do. I own three editions of The Leadership Challenge. Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner continue to provide the best advice for leaders and developing leaders. I highly recommend the book for this reason. It is a superb book, well organized and deep enough to cover the ideas with rigor. Any book that survives to a sixth edition has something going for it, and this text is a keeper.
Almost every paragraph in this book had me underline something. This was required for a course I took and I will read it again! So good!! The concepts in here are useful not just for the workplace, but for all of life. Very well communicated and they give good points of view from experienced people who have put these principles into practice.
The sixth edition of this classic of leadership literature is just as impactful as the third edition, which I had as a text in graduate school. I used this for a course I'm piloting this semester and the content kept the students thoroughly engaged.
I really enjoyed this book. Author is amazing, check him out on YouTube before you buy the book.

A worthy collection for those Leica lovers. Although a lot photos that we have already been familiar with them, we may also be able read newer ones.
