The recipes were basic and doable, without fancy hard to find ingredients. I have tried several recipes and they are fast and tasty! Easy and straight forward recipes with attainable ingredients! I've cooked several in just a few weeks. I like the explanations and that because they are simple you can "add" to them if you choose to fit your tastes. Good investment.

Nice book to follow to to have a proper healthy diet. All the instructions are nicely organized with a proper meal plan including recipes to try at home. The author has done a great job combining all the information inside the book. It's definitely a worthy read.

I was surprised by TEA poached salmon and that was my number one recipe to try. Must say that tea here is the main component as it gives the most flavor, that is why picking the tea takes a fundamental approach. Also didn’t use salt but drizzled the fish with lime juice already in my plate.
