A nice refreshing keto program. This program is payed out in an easy to follow format but it also includes many tips on getting to our emotional aspects of eating. I am really looking forward to doing his recipe outline and then moving on to what works best for me.The reviewer that was so disappointed with the pineapple and honey in a recipe obviously didn't see that it was for higher carb cycling. He includes this in the book as part of giving us choices in our diets as we decide to phase in or out of keto.Overall a very well done book!

How disappointing to find recipes with honey and pineapple. How sad to find individual meals with carb levels far in excess of what people are allowed in a day.Maybe this should have been entitled Keto for people who want to capitalize on a fad

It also goes further highlighting the mind, body, spirit connection and encouraging you to seek overall health in all areas. Drew shares his own journey and experiences in a guide that is also a very pleasurable and quick read. The book motivated me to restart my Keto journey and to do so with a focus on my overall health. Not only have I lost weight since I started but I also began a daily meditation and journaling habit with the help of recommendations in the book.

 this book is so beautiful, it’s full of pictures, colors, ideas, recipes, testimonials. I have look into keto for a while now and look for the perfect book. I went to barns and nobles and look through keto books just to walk out without buying anything. Once I saw drew was coming with this complete keto book I knew I had to get it and it was worth every penny. Not only is the book about keto but the internal changes you can achieve. Has daily logs and affirmations and so so so much more.

This book came at the EXACT time I needed it. Thank you, Drew (and Universe for aligning all of us so perfectly)! I’ve been working to reset my mind but needed an extra boost to get me going and to teach me more about how keto works and to break it down in a simple way that is super helpful. Also, to help me with the emotional side and help reassure that “it’ll be ok”. My innerperfectionist stops me every time if something is “too hard”. This book makes it simple without sugar coating the fact that it’s not easy but SO worth it! Simple but not easy and that’s ok. ❤️ I don’t love a lot of books but this defiantly a must have for me. This isn’t a read and pass it on. It’s a read, highlight, dogear, and keep close at all times book. And if someone else needs it, you just buy them their own copy vs loaning yours out. Basically your keto bible. 😉

I like how easy of a read this book is. I just got to part 3 in the book where it starts talking about the actual plan he provides to start on the keto program. He keeps it "real" as this is a life style change, not a diet. He knows that most of us will fall off the wagon, which is ok, we are not perfect. The book has everything you should need to be successful in your life style change.

New to Keto.. so far so good. Very imformative and best of all, yummy recipes.
